I had booked a ticket for Patna to Bengluru on 25th of July .After the debiting the amount from my account travolook made a call to me that due to non availability the ticket has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in seven working days in the accounts. But so many calls I have made regarding the refund but the representative again says that the refund will b made in seven days. Now almost fifty days has lapsed but they have not refunded my money.
