Flight cancelled but amount will not be refund till now its 3 month’s ago(booked 19th June 2022).

I had tried to book ticket from travolook and it was intentionally by cancelling the ticket after few minutes by saying there is a difference in fare and not refunding the amount, it’s been over 3 months(booked 19th June 2022). Every time they are saying it will credit tomorrow or within 7days and mentally tourchering… They are doing same thing with lot of peoples..
