I have booked a flight from Travolook website for Luknow to Delhi. And as soon as the money got deducted I received a call from their customer support team that my ticket is cancelled. Many other people claim to face the same issue and they ask for waiting for 7 to 10 days to get the refund when even my PNR was not generated. I want my money refunded right now and want this scam to stop. So many people have faced the same issue and I want a legal help to resolve this once for all.
