I was booked a ticket from Travolook on 23 October and after booking with in few minutes booking was cancelled and showing your refund will transfer to your Account with in 10 days, but after 10 days they said your after is not transfer from our merchant due to some bank issue we will again initiate your refunded amount you will receive with in 3-5 working days , but again after 6 days amount has not refunded, then they said your amount is not refunded due to our merchant issue we will refunded your amount from our new merchant and you will received amount with in 3-5 working days. but again and again same issue amount not refunded. On this time i have told that please give me your correct company address I’ll visited to your office but they didn’t share they office address,
Please take a necessary action against the fraud company “TRAVOLOOK”
