I have booked a flight ticket from Pune to Bengaluru on 8th June 2021 from the TRAVOLOOK website and within few minutes of booking received a call from their personnel saying flight fare has been increased and asked for more money to confirm the same. After I denied to pay additional fare they told me that ticket will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated for the same within 8-10 working days. It’s been more than 15 days now and no response over mail or call has been received.
Please help me in recovering the same.
