Hi,
I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Kanpur on 31st August 2021 for travel on 1st September 2021 for an amount of INR 2523 (transaction reference number 110000436211 as confirmed with the bank) . The website debited the amount but did not generate reference id and no ticket was emailed to me. I called them up to enquire about the payment, they said they will reverse the payment in 7-10 working days but that never happened and customer care number is not getting picked up, it says you are caller number 20-25 and goes on hold and disconnect. I want to complaint about this Internet fraud this Company is doing. Please help me recover my hard earned money.
