I have booked a flight ticket for my father on 5th July from BLR to DBG. The ticket got cancelled. The ticket costs Rs 5956. It has been 3 months but they are still not refunding my money. Every time I ask about the refund they say it will be back in 7-10 working days. I tried to contact higher authority named Anju. She told the same and I waited for 20 days but I didn’t receive the money. Then they escalated it to another senior authority named Ronak, he assured me that you will get refund by 5-7 working days. Now this has also passed but I have not received the money. They give only false statements every time. I am mentally tortured by them again and again. When I called them today they said the refund will be back by weekend, but I know they are again lying. I am facing depression due to this. They have taken a undertaking of mine where they are saying they will transfer this amount to my bank account but they have not given me my refund.
