Hello sir ,
My Name is Subhash Kavdia, I have made a flight ticket from Travolook.in from Bangalore to Indore on 30/06/2022 booking id 199546440. Initially I got the mail for ticket confirmation and successful payment of Rs.5308/- from my bank account. After 10 minute I received another mail stating cancellation of ticket due to price variation & assurance of refund amount within 7-10 working days.
I have talked to their customer care (0124-6434800) so many times but they just assure me to get the amount with in 2-3 days. as 2 months have been passed till date i haven’t received my refund amount.
