Hi
I had booked 3 tickets with Travolook on26/09/21 to fly from Bangalore to Kochi. Soon after the payment, i receive a call from Travolook asking for upcharge per ticket for no reason. I paid the fare what had shown on their website. When i ask the reason for upcharge, they cancel the tickets and did’nt refund the amount till date. Despite so many phone calls to customer care, there is no use. Every time its the same answer of “7-10 “working days which never seems happend and is still awting the money back. I want to file a case aginst them for
cheating customers like this. Pls help
