I had booked tickets from Travolook on October 15, 2021 and my tickets got cancelled from the service provider and I have not received the refund yet. Everytime I mail them or call them they always inform that the money will be refunded within 5-7 working days. I have not received the refund yet as on 22nd Jan 2022.
I hereby request you to help me in that concern
