I book two tickets from travolook with reference no REF741253555 & REF995722983. They cancelled both the tickets with reason “cancelled due to fare expiration” and when I contacted them on Call they told that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days and Its already been around 20 days and they are not refunding the amount. Neither they are responding properly.
