i booked my tickets travlook website on 11.03.22 and booking was failed in just 1 one minutes pnr not generated and i received mail regarding same that booking has been failed amount will credited in 7-10 days then i have called on customer care number 0124-643-4800 on this number and they every time replied that amount will be credited in 4-5 days i have called 25 times and more but there is same replied how can we found them and they are doing fraud everyday with new customers why govt not taking any action against travolook company
