1. Booked flight tickets worth Rs. 6796 for sector Hyderabad to Dehradun
2. Post 10 minutes, got a cancellation email due to ‘operational reasons’
3. Contacted customer support – the executives were clueless, and kept repeating the same thing that refund will be processed within 7 – 10 days.
4. Upon looking at the consumer forum, I realised that this a fraud company and has been scamming people since 3 years.
5. I have reached out to them through multiple sources to ensure my refund is given, they have not been able to answer at all.
