I have booked my flight ticket from guahati to Hyderabad on 25th Aug for Rs.8549 from travolook.in
Immediately I got an email stating that Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration , I reached out to customers support and they said it will be refunded with 7_10 buisness days but till now I have not received my refund, it has been more than 40 days now and I have not received my refund till date and every time I call they say it will be refunded within 7_10 days more without any written acknowledgement.
