Respected Sir,
I have booked online ticket from Travolook and within 1 min of booking i got a call from them that indigo price has increased so i need to pay the extra amount though the booking is already done. I felt cheated and so i asked them to cancel my booking and refund the money. They send an email and confirmed that the refund will be reflecting in my account in 7 to 10 working days. It has been 1 month but still the refund has not come and after continuous followup they are saying that it is due to operational error and now they have stop picking my phone in customer care. I would request help to get my money back
