I booked my ticket on 11july 2022 from Hyderabad to Jabalpur from travolook.in website and my fight got booked on 11 July but after 30 sec I got a call from there customer executive that my flight got cancelled and I will get your refund back within 7 day now it is 1 month and half I didn’t receive my refund back till now whenever I call them they tell me the same story that after 2 days or 7 days I will get get my refund or there is an issue with the mail and when I call them today they asked me my bank passbook front page copy so that they will send my money back. Please help me with this.
