I booked flight on Oct 4th 2021 from Bangalore to Chennai and paid Rs.2,893 and the flight was not confirmed as seats were not available, when called the customer service they informed me I will get refund in 5 to 7 business days.

It’s been 45 days and no refund yet, I spoke to travolook customer service thrice and each time they said some technical issue and asked me to wait for one week.

Shockingly now, I am unable to connect through their customer service phone number as I will be on waiting for 4 minutes and the call gets disconnected automatically.

I also emailed them and no response. I am also reading many people are having the same issue with this website.
