My booking ref number is REF708251250. The amount got deducted on 6th Nov 22 and as usual due to their operational issues , flight ticket was not booked. It’s been almost 2 months, I called them several times and they have only one executive (Mr. Himanshu better to call him Mr Bluffer) and he is still asking me to wait. If
It’s mentally torturing to keep calling them and requesting them to refund my own money. I don’t understand, how could it take 2 months to refund an amount when you didn’t even take 2 minutes to deduct it?
I want the refund ASAP.
