Hello,
I booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Bombay on 15 June 2022 from travolook website of ₹5843. It was automatically cancelled and they mentioned the refund will be in 10-15 days. But It’s been 3 months now. I have called them several times in the past 3 months since then and I get the same answer that “your refund has been processed and you will get in next 24-48 hours”.
When I am telling them to connect to senior than they will say we are working from home so we can’t transfer.
Please help.
