Dear sir/Mam
I booked a flight ticket from delhi to Bombay on 25 July 2022 from travolook website of rs 5329. It was automatically cancelled and they mentioned the refund will be in 10-15 days. But still my money didnot reflects in my account.
I have called the customer support many times either they will say it will be reflect in next week or they will say it will be in 24 hr.
When I am telling them to connect to senior than they will say we are working from home so we can’t transfer.
I had mailed them no of times
I request govt to please shut these type of company. I am really crusted calling again and again

Exactly the same has happened to me. I even have recorded the calls of executives not transferring calls and neither refunding amount back. please help us. MY REF no. is REF789134759
