I had made booking with reference ID REF229320608 , dated 28.01.2021 after my booking the tickets were not sent and on confirming with one of the executive they had said that due to difference in fare additional amount is to be deposited, for which I was not ready and requested for full full refund. The executive said me to wait for 14 working days and then another 14 days. I obliged then too and again after calling I raised a complaint and they told me to wait for 7 working days.but till date there is no response
