I booked a flight ticket on 01/10/2021 from travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled from Travolook. I’ve sent mail and try to contact customer care but they disconnected my call without proper answers. From last 3.5 months they told me that they have initiated my refund but i didnt get any proper mail for the same. Also they have confirmed that, the issue is with there Merchant and due to that it get delayed. Still they are not taking any proper action for the same.
