I am booked the flight ticket on 23Nov 2020 bangalore to jaipur . Amount was deducted but ticket was not booked, after some time received email as ticket is cancelled & refund will be processed in 10-15 days. 15days crossed and no response to the mails. I am called to customer care team, every time the response is will look in to, but understand that they are not processed any refund….
