I Am Anup Kumar Jana. I Have Booked A Flight Through Travolook.In On 18-07-2021. The Booking Was From HYD To CCU. Date Of Journey Was On 29th July 2021.

Immediately After Payment For The Booking, I Received A Call From One Of Their Executive And He Told, Due To Problem In Generation Of PNR They Could Not Book The Ticket. My Amount Will Be Refunded In 7 Days He Added. As I Have Not received The Refund After 7 Days, I Gace Them A Call To 0124-643-4800. They Received And Said Its In Process. They Told Me To Wait For Another One Week. After That Day I Called Them Nearly For About 10 Times And Each Time They Are Asking Me To Wait For Another 7-10 Days. Last 2 Days Onward They Are Disconnecting My Calls Also. I would like to get this problem resolved shortly.
I am also facing problem since April, the day I have cancelled my bookings.Its been 4 months I am waiting for the refund. Every time I call , they say, wait for 7-10 working days.
