On 04/02/2021 I have booked flight for Kolkata to Delhi (Both) on Travolook.in after deducted amount from my account they called me and tell that your flight is not booked and will refund amount in 10-15 days but I still not get refund kindly look into this matter and please help me it’s my humble request to you. I tried to contact customer care on phone and emails both but didn’t get any response from them. There are lot of people facing the same issue with this site and this site is a fraud. Please resolve that issue as soon as possible.
