We booked a flighted ticket from Travolook on 29th April 2022 and the ticket got cancelled immediately by their system for operational issue (Ref #REF287356564) . Upon contacting their customer care, they confirmed the refund will be processed within 10 days however it has been almost two months refund is not processed yet. When we call their customer care, they do not respond properly and mis-promise every time. When we ask them to transfer the call to their supervisor or manager, they never do it, looks like they do not have managers or senior people in their customer support department. I need an immediate attention to this for a refund amount INR 14643. And I would suggests all the innocent customers not to use Travolook while booking flight ticket.
