Date of booking: 5 April
Time of Flight: 2.55 pm – Indigo flight
Destination: Chennai to Kolkata
Flight charges: 7077/-
Travel agency cancelled our booking without informing us due to some spike in the flight charges. After lot of difficulty our call got connected with the customer service and they finally agreed to refund the amount and the waiting time was 15 days. Even after waiting for 17 days our amount is not refunded yet. When contacted the customer care people again today [26 April], we’ve been asked to wait for another 15 days. This company has the worst customer service and they are trying to dodge by just asking for extensions and steal customer’s money. Please take the required action immediately and help us getting back our money.
