Hi,

I have booked my flight for Nagpur to delhi on 2nd Jan 2022 for dated 8th Jan 2022, but after amount deducted of rs 4696. Travolook team saying they have Cancelled my booking and processed my refund in 15 days and that to excluding Saturday, Sunday and other holiday and now I want to do my booking and I don’t have other amount to do so. I have requested them either give my money or give the booking ticket but they have rejected to do so. And and they are not even responding to my mail.
I request you to please help me to get my refund my account back asap.
