I booked my tickets from Udaipur to New Delhi via portal and it got cancelled from the airline l. My refund is being pending since almost a year now company always have reasons that due to technical issue we were not able to do it so please wait for 5-7 days. The situation has come to this that in May it will be the anniversary of this issue. They don’t have any reason for delay but they are very time wasting time again and again. Please help.
