I had booked a flight with https://www.travolook.in/ from Lucknow to Ahmedabad on 9th of December which got cancelled due to operational reasons and I got a mail for refund. Attaching the mail here.
It has been a month now and refund hasn’t been processed yet. I chased them on customer care and dropped plenty of mails but no luck, every time they delay it with some stupid reason.
I was told and internal case is escalated with CASE ID: 9043514 but still refund hasn’t processed
