I had booked the ticket from Bhopal to Bangalore via Delhi 6E 5117/781 on may 23rd by online booking.
The amount has been detected from my account and after some time I received a call from the Travo look executive about the flight information that the flight got canceled due to some operational reasons  and they said like after 10-15 working days you will get your refund back. Now it’s been more than 50 days they didn’t refund the cancelation amount and when ever
I called them they were telling  from our end its been initiated already , just wait for 7-10  days you will received your amount.
