After I booked my ticket on 1st of May from travolook, their agent called and said that your booking is canceled de to some technical issues and I’m initiating your refund, you will receive within next 7 to 10 working days.
After 10 days, I called customer support again for information on my refund status, they assured that it is initiated and you will receive within next 7 days.
After 10 days, I called customer support again for same reason, and they said the same to same line that due to some technical issues your refund got delayed but it has already been initiated and you will receive it within 7 days, after listening the same story I told her to send me a mail regarding my refund status with all details and timings, she told me to send a mail to our team and they will respond back.
Till date, it’s been more than a month, neither my money got refunded nor they have send me any mail for refund status.
