I have booked flight ticket on 29th December and made payment. After few minutes I got a mail that your flight tickets are cancelled and your refund will be processed. As per the Company policy we have to wait for 7-10 working days. I have waited for more than 20 days but yet not received refund.
I called customer care number and dropped a mail to support system , they are telling that your refund will be initiated wait for 1 week but not getting refund.
