I made an air travel booking for 9th June and the money got deducted. After that I got an email saying the booking is cancelled because of fare expiration and refund will automatically be initiated. It’s been 3 months and still counting but have not received this refund.
When called the Customer Care no, they keep saying there was a technical issue for 3 months or there was a bounce back from bank but now it’s resolved so you’ll get the refund in next 5-7 working days. But still haven’t received refund.
They are fraud!!
