I booked my flight through Travolook website on 10th June 2021 and an amount of INR 6741 got debited from my account.
Soon after booking, i got a call from Travolook advising that the flight has been cancelled due to operational error. It has been more than a month that I have been following up for my refund. I have made more than 10 calls in a month. The turnaround time quoted on their website is 10 to 15 working days. After 15 days, when i called, they mentioned that they tried to refund the amount but due to merchant system issues, the money got reversed.
They do not reply to emails with any reference number or details and continue to quote a
to waiting period of working days everytime i call.
