I booked the flight from Travolook on 6th of Feb 2022 from Patna to pune. The money Rs. 4612 got debited but i did not receive any reference number or ticket confirmation email. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 20 times customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded. Customer care is cutting the call and not giving any response.
