On February 1st I have booked a ticket from Kolkata to chennai with a reference number 591640506 and soon after I received a call asking for extra amount because of the fare changes and I asked for a refund on which they said I will be getting it in 10 days.
I have received half of the amount till date as the charges was 4106rsand the received amount is 2053rs and Im still waiting to receive the half.
I have asked the customer care they said the amount is processed but already been 15 days and it is on no sign,
They refuse to give me a transaction ID too.
They are running a total scam and its happening to alot of people
Really not able to understand how they are still in market.
