i had booked a flight from DELHI- MUMBAI via Travolook on 16th June as a guest user using mobile no. 9971543407 , after deduction of fare amount i was being informed by a Travolook agent on call that my ticket PNR was not generated and hence my ticket was not booked , the deducted amount of Rs 6204 shall be refunded via original payment mode , but till today i didn’t get the refund back.
I am attaching the screenshot of message which i got after deduction of fare amount, please find the attachment.
