Travolook is a fraud company . They show cheap flight details on their website. Once you book the flight and pay the money, you get a message saying the airline has cancelled the transaction. The call from the customer support follows this saying that the transaction was cancelled by the airline and the debited money will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days. Then when you donot get the refund on the mentioned time, when you call the support team, they will come up with the excuse saying there is a technical issue and money will be credited in 2 days. This keeps repeating and the money never gets refunded. The best part is, when they put your call on hold, you can hear the message saying “Please beware of online fraud”….I have been following up for the last one month and nothing has happened yet. There is no provision to speak to any senior person in the company as well.
