Yesterday i.e. on 14th March 2022, I paid INR 9034 for a return air ticket from Delhi to Ahmadabad using Travolook website but never received my itinerary. I received an email from ICICI alert that INR 9034 has been deducted and paid to Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd with transaction ID of 0350326440.
When I called Travolook on 0124 643 4800 3 times, the customer representative lady told me that they haven’t received the money.
