Text of Complaint by ABISHEK RATHI:

Hi,
I booked a flight ticket through Travolook on 13th September, 2021. Flight booking was confirmed, and few minutes later, I received a mail stating that booking has failed. I had already made the payment through UPI, money was deducted.
On calling them, they always have a waitlist starting from 13 or 14. Once you reach wither waitlist 1,2, the call will automatically get cancelled. Whole process has to be restarted.
For the past 2 weeks, I have been following up with them through mail. I sent a mail with my queries on 15th September. I got the reply saying that it takes 7-10 days generally and was asked to wait for the same time period.

Luckily, my call was answered today on 27th September. They are now making up a story that they don’t know why was it not refunded yet. They are now asking me to wait for another 7 working days. Moreover, the staffs are not at all supportive and don’t have any details to provide. They are saying that they can provide a cashback in Travolook wallet within 24hrs.
I don’t want it in their wallet. My payment mode was though UPI. Please revert it back to my Bank Account. Not sure if this is any sales strategy used by them to harass their customers.
On top of this, I am not getting the reason why the tickets have been cancelled.

Some action against this company would be appreciated.
