I have been told that my amount for a cancelled flight will be refunded in 10 days, it has been a month and I have not got my money back, support team says you will get it in the next 7 days , when I call after 7 days then again they ask me to wait till 1 st August, and this keeps on going.
Cancelling a ticket in just a few seconds after booking and keeping the money for more than a month?? What Kind of strategy is this, and always saying there is some technical issue in processing.
Please help in getting my amount back .
