I tried booking a ticket on 31St May from Kochi to Mumbai for my wife Kavita Nair through travolook.in. The amount was debited from the credit card but the booking got cancelled.
I was told that the entire amount will be refunded within 10 days. When it didn’t happen after 10 days i called up customer care and they again mentoned it will happen within 12 days ..didn’t happen..called again on 15th day..they said it wil happen in 2 days…again didn’t happen..
I was utterly shocked to see that instead of INR 8888 the refund received is only INR 2666. The reference number is REF206261473
Thereafer I called the customer care multiple times and everytime they say it will be credited in 3 days, 2 days etc. Then I sent multiple emails to their email ID but there was no response. Again i called up customer care and one representative told on 28th June that the amount will be credited on 30th June to the credit card. it didnt come. Again i called up customer four times after hearing my query and giving four different replies they cut the call. I have the recordings of all the responses with me which can be provided.
