My Reference number on travolook is REF166522150.
I tried booking the ticket from Travolook after deduction of my money from bank Rs. 5253 later within 30 mins I see that they sent me cancellation ticket which is attached. After this incident I researched about this company and found they are fraudster and don’t refund the money to anyone till the time we raise complaint against them. All the other companies do send email or call to provide information when we will get our refund but they nor send me email or call me.
When I tried reaching out to them the call is getting disconnect 3 times and calls are disconnecting at the time when my number is on the queue. Finally on 4th call they received my call and said I will get my money refunded in 15 days which is not acceptable the max time of refund is 3-7 days.
