I booked a Flight Ticket on Travolook.in on 21st Dec’2021 with Booking IDs – REF034847314 & REF163036156. After booking confirmation, within 5 minutes, I received a call that your booking has been cancelled from operators end & you will be refunded your booking amount within 10 working days. Its been closed to 28 days, then have not refunded my money yet, I have made calls & emails to their customer care team & everytime getting only same feedback that your money will be refunded within a weeks time, till yet no money received.
Now their customer care number is not receiving calls & no response received from email sent either.
Pls help in getting my refund ASAP, my credit card due date has arrived, I am running out of money.
