Hi I am Kanwar Singh Sidhu
I booked flight from Delhi to Guwahati return flight. It was cancelled because flight operator couldn’t confirm. Hence an amount of Rs 22306 was deducted.
I am continuously calling them to refund amount . They always give fake promise that the amount will be credited in this week.
Booking Ref id is – REF913252846.
It has been more than a month since the booking has been collected. I am not getting positive response from their side.

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
