I have booked Air ticket of Rs. 11335/-from travolook website on 9th june 2022. In 15min of booking I received call from travolook about cancellation of my booking and refunding money in 7 working days. It’s almost a month now, I haven’t received refund. Every 4days I call customer service they commit me they will refund in 3-4days..but they fail to refund.
Their customer representative has no clue and they keep giving fake commitment on refund.
They are frauds.. Please help to get my refund
