I had tried flight booking from Lucknow to Mumbai on 23rd June which was got cancelled and Travolook informed me that my amount will be refunded within 7 days. Now it is more than 2 month and still I’m awaiting for my amount to be refunded.

I have book the flight from Hyderbad to Delhi on June19 .they have canceled due tothe technical reasons they have told the refund will be initiated in 7 woking days but it is almost 2 months no refunds.
Kindly ask Travelook agent to refund my amount please
