I booked a ticket via travolook, these people deducted amount from my account after I made the payment and they gave me a confirmation just after a minute later they sent me a cancellation when I ask them for a refund they told me they have already sent it to my travolook wallet when I didn’t even have one. Later they said they could do another booking for me only if I paid them 2000 rupees extra I do not believe that the fair for the flight increased because I went to Air India website and confirm the charges are still the same when I told them I don’t want it and I need the money in my bank account via the same way I paid they started getting rude and denied and told me to use the wallet adding rs 2000 more .
When I Asked to transfer the call to management there is no managers and insisted to pay 2000 more for confirming ticket…
They just hanged up later to that…
This company is a cheater.
