I have booked a ticket from travolook of Go AIR for Pune to Chennai which got cancelled on 24th August due to fair expiration and we asked for the refund. They have given excuses and tell us to wait more 5-10 days again and again. Its been 20+days still they give same excuse.
Serious action need to take against if this is fraud company looting the money from peopple
